• The App is free for both Service Seekers and Service Providers.
• Service Providers set their own prices and payment terms.
• ParshuU suggests verification before transactions. The App is not responsible for fraud or disputes.
• Payments are private arrangements; ParshuU is not liable for transactions.

Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by ParshuU.
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or display content without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for damages related to use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParshuU and its team against any claims or damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
